Andrew is a real asset to your company. I've never had a repairman in my home that was as polite and respectful as he was.
The Defroster unit in my freezer wasn't working. He repaired it and replaced a heating coil, and now my Freezer is working like a champ. The overall service of Nutterman's was nice and courtious. On 10-24, I placed an early morning call and they were able to send the repairman out the next day. Nick was courteous and nice to my wife and cats. He fixed my Freezer in about an hour, and it was up running, freezing meats and making ice in no time.
The repairman was punctual, professional and friendly. He came and analyzed the washer and dryer issues. We ended up not getting them repaired because one would cost more to repair than to buy a new one, so we decided to get a new set. The repairman was really friendly and answered all our questions. We appreciated his honestly about what was wrong with the appliances. The only issue we had at all was poor explanation from the office about the way they charge for the service call when a repair is not done. It came to be $25 higher than expected. I asked him to have his office give a better explanation when you call for an appointment. Otherwise we would call them again and I would recommend their service.

Diagnosed and repaired a combined kenmore washer/dryer which was not filling.
We found Nutterman's on Angie's list. They answered when we called, took notes on the problem, asked good questions to fully understand the issue, and were able to set up an appointment for the next day.The serviceman came early, but called to get clearance before arriving. He was able to diagnose the problem, went to get the correct part to fix it, and finished quickly.
We called Nick to repair our Kenmore Washer that was leaking. The problem was not readily apparent and Nick tried several things to resolve the issue. Nick's dogged determination resulted in a repaired machine, clean laundry, and a happy customer. We use Nutterman's for all of our appliance repairs.
The ice maker needed to be hooked up properly. The washing machine had some moving damage, and Nick is ordering a new lid. The dryer was making noise, so he fixed it, probably do to the move. The refrigerator the movers put in the garage needed some attention. The moving company has already reimbursed us for all the problems.
We just moved into our new home, and some of the appliances needed attending to immediately! I checked on Angie's List and chose Nutterman's. Nick came that afternoon and fixed everything! He was very professional. I will definitely call Nutterman's again!
Our dryer was not heating properly. Again a great service experience. Our dryer was not heating properly, I called, got an appointment within 3 days, Andrew came, the dryer was fixed. It just doesn't get any easier than that!

We owned a 3+ year old Maytag Bravos top load washer leaking from the bottom of the unit. We did not have any extended warranty or service contract on the washer. I had no issues scheduling the appointment with Nutterman's and the service tech (Andrew) arrived on schedule. He inspected the machine and provided an estimate for the repairs. We decided to not fix the machine based on the number of issues with the washer and cost to repair. I appreciated the honest assessment of the damage which avoided repairs on a machine that needed to be replaced. Andrew even provided suggestions on new washers. Very pleased with Nutterman's services and would contact them in the future for any large appliance repair.

I had a few incidences lately of food not being very cold. I bought a
refrigerator/freezer thermometer and it showed the temperature anywhere
from 42 - 48 degrees. Since the fridge is old, and it was at its
coldest setting, I was concerned. (I have since learned, thanks to Nick
Faddis, the owner/operator of Nutterman Appliance Repair, that a
refrigerator/freezer thermometer isn't very accurate. You really need to
stick a temperature probe into the food to get a true reading.)
Called and spoke with April to set up an appointment for the next day.
She was very nice, very cordial. Nick came by at the scheduled time and
checked over my refrigerator. He determined that the temperature was
within range and I didn't have a problem after all. It appears that I
have a bad habit of putting warm/hot food in the refrigerator and that
is the reason for the temp inside to be above normal on occasion. I will
definitely use this company again for any future appliance repairs I
may have.

Nick came out and diagnosed what he believed to be the problem. He came
back for a second visit with the part and in the process of installing
the part realized the current part was working and that there was a
different issue with the fridge. He did not charge for the part or the
extra trip and fixed the problem. His pricing was extremely fair and he
was a true professional throughout the process.
Dryer barely out of warranty and the heater went out on the drum. Heater replaced along with a belt.
Not only was the technician prompt, he had all the proper parts/tools to
repair. In addition, he noticed a belt that was worn and offered to
replace it at his cost (approximately $15) rather than the $100 or more
it would cost if I waited. He also provided tips on how to extend the
life of my washing machine - which i immediately adopted. I would not
hesitate to use this company again and appreciate the advice received on
Angies List.
Nick came out to diagnose and recommend repairs to a leaking
refrigerator. He reported that he could fix the leaking and the broken
ice maker, but identified other problems that caused him to recommend
purchasing a new fridge rather than repairing.
After a week in a new home, we noticed that the refrigerator (which came
with the house) was leaking and that the ice maker didn't work. We
called Nutterman's and Nick was able to come the next day. I was told on
the phone that a service call is $80.
Nick arrived promptly and began to look in the freezer. He diagnosed the
problem and described the necessary repairs. However, he also noted
that an essential freezer component was not functioning properly and
that food in the freezer was well above the 0 degrees it should be. He
provided an estimate for the repairs but said he'd recommend buying a
new fridge rather than paying for the repairs since it was likely to die
completely soon.
After delivering the bad news, he only charged me $45 for the service
call, not the $80 I had been quoted. He was friendly, prompt and clear
in describing all aspects of his work. I really appreciated his candor
in telling me to get the new fridge, rather than taking my money to
repair a doomed fridge and I certainly appreciated the reduced charge
for the service call.
If my new fridge or other appliances break, I would call Nuttermans again.

1.5 year old dryer quit heating. Found Nutterman's on Angie's list amid
great reviews. Nick came to the house on time during the 2-hr window
(next day by the way). Fixed the problem, identified another potential
problem which he also fixed for the cost of the part only - saving me
that labor. He also provided me with tips on how to keep my washer
running longer, and that wasn't broken. Great guy, very professional
would absolutely use again and recommend!
Repaired a burner plug on an old stove. Everything went very well. Nick Faddis was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He repaired the stove and gave us advice on a couple of other appliance. We would diffidently use his services again.
Our dishwasher would not drain all the water. There was a couple of inches sitting on the bottom after the last rinse. I checked on line and found this was a common problem for the model we had. After checking, and doing all the trouble shooting I could, I turned to a professional. Checked Angie's List, as always, and Nutterman's appeared first, as they offered a discount coupon and had many positive reviews. That was enough for me, so I called and scheduled an appointment.
The service man showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day. When I told him the problem, he was relieved, as he knew exactly what the problem was: the water valve that lets in water was defective. He found the part, left, came back soon and installed the new one. Problem fixed. Wish all problems could be so easily diagnosed and remedied.
Andrew repaired a noise on my LG dryer. Everything from the first phone call to their office to the repair itself was handled very professionally and friendly and in a timely manner. Very happy with the service will recommend them highly.
Our disposal was about to die, had been leaking for some time. We had Nutterman's come out and replace it. This was our 2nd time to use Nutterman's & again I can not say enough about how extremely pleased we were with them. This time Nick brought Andrew with him, his newest employee, as part of his training experience. Andrew did all the work replacing our disposal and did an excellent job. Both Nick & Andrew were very professional, friendly, clean cut & conscientious about not making a mess. They arrived when they said they would & even offered some advice for us on our washing machine when we asked about an issue we had with it. We would not hesitate to use Nutterman's again in the future, just wish we could find more good guys like them with a fair price for all our other projects.
They replaced a fan in my refrigerator. Very nice people. They figured out the problem over the phone and discussed whether repair or replacement was better. Then when we asked them to come out they came quickly and did a good job.

April in the front office was very nice and professional
and Nick was out the following day. He determined that our motor was
going out and indicated that he would call us the following day with the
pricing to replace it and we tentatively set up an appointment for the
repair. April called us the following day to let us know that they
located a replacement motor, but that this part was much more expensive
for our brand of washer compared to others. Since our washer was around
10 years old, she recommended that we not have the part ordered and that
we could replace our washer for essentially the same price as repairing
it. We called April a couple more times after that to get
recommendations on which washer/dryers they recommended based on number
of service calls and costs for parts if there ever was an issue.
Overall, Nutterman's was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to do
business with. They charged us only the service call fee to cover the
time/expense of Nick coming to our house and their research on the
required parts. We felt that was more than reasonable and definately got
our money's worth when all was said and done.
Nick was awesome. He arrived right on time, very professional and very nice. My washing machine needed repairing and Nick was so courteous and friendly. He explained to me what happened to the motor in my machine and when he put the hose back on my machine, he made sure it was on tightly so it wouldn't leak anymore.

Nick of Nuttermans Appliance Repair took an 18 year old Crosley washing machine that had a few things wrong wth it and made it like new. Nick was very prompt, extremely courteous, and answered my questions politely with as much detail as I wanted. He quickly diagnosised the problems and left to get the needed parts after making a list of what he would need. He returned shortly with the parts and short order had the washing machine up and running. He had repaired a fairly new French door refrigerator that was just out of warranty about a year ago. The fantastic job he did then is what prompted me to call him and only him to repair the washing machine. Well done Nick. I hope I don't need a repairman again, but if I do and it involves an appliance, Nick is my first and only call.

When a small amount of water started occasionally backing up
in our front loading washing machine at the end of the spin cycle, we thought a pump on the machine was malfunctioning and called Nick. Nick thoroughly inspected the machine, but could find no problem with it. He diagnosed that a solenoid valve that controlled water flow to the machine was actually the culprit. Valve replacement did indeed fix the problem! Nick was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and charged a very fair price. We highly recommend Nutterman's and will definitely call Nick for all of our repair needs in the future!
I would highly recommend Nick! I called him the day before Christmas Eve and he was very nice but couldn't come until after Christmas to fix my dishwasher, which was ok with me. We talked through the "symptoms" and he gave me a price over the phone. We scheduled a 2 hour window from 4-6 on Tuesday 12/27. I texted him that morning and asked him to text me before he came so I could make sure I was home. He did and he showed up a little before 5. He was done by 6, it cost exactly what he said it would and he left the area very tidy. If/when I have another appliance break down I WILL definitely call Nick again!

Best Appliance Repair company I have every used! Nutterman's Appliance Repair was incredibly fast in responding to me. Our technician came to our house the same day after having called at 2:30pm. Nick was clean cut, cheerful, and a really nice guy. His prices were up-front (he even gave me a quote over the phone) and very fair. I am going to use Nutterman's from now on for all my repairs.
Nick came out and repaired our freezer. The condensation tube had become blocked and water was pooling & freezing in the bottom of the freezer. My husband discussed the issue with Nick over the phone prior to him coming out. Nick had an idea what might be the problem, we gave him the model # of our refridgerator so that he could get parts prior to coming out. Nick was available to do the work rather quickly but since it was not super urgent we scheduled for a week later when we could be home from work. Nick was about 30 minutes late but had given us a heads up that he may be a bit late as he would be stopping at the parts depot on his way. He arrived and was very polite & professional. It took him a bit over an hour to perform the work. My husband quizzed him about recommendations on other appliances we had & he was very informative.
Overall it went very well & we would definitely use Nutterman's again. We have already recommended him to several other people.
Nick was great. He solved a tough dryer problem and a tough oven problem quickly and explained the issues as he went. And his costs were more than fair. If I have any problems in the future, I will be sure to call Nick. I can not recommend him highly enough.
Overall, the experience was great. My husband was very pleased with them. The technicians were very pleasant, attentive, and listened to what he had say. He thought the price was fair. Both our washer and dryer had all kinds of problems and they fixed them all.
An example of honesty - Mr. Faddis revealed that in the process of opening the Dryer for inspection and repair, he broke a small plastic clip, my guess would have broke naturally in the process of removing due to its age, he ordered and installed this part a few days latter at no cost. Sure a small item but in today's world it is rare to find someone who admits a problem and takes responsibility for the fix. I plan to use Nutterman's Appliance repair - next time I need appliance repair.

Our spare refridgerator stopped working last night and we lost all the contents of the freezer compartment. I called Nick at 9:30 AM and gave him the make/ model of the unit. I called Nick and explained to him that my microwave had stopped working. Most appliance repair places I called threw their hands up in the air and said buy a new one. Nick didn't do that. He came back my home a few hours later and examined my microwave (a GE Spacesaver) in detail. He did not stock the part and made a phone call to get one, that day, not later. He also ordered a replacement handle for the outside since the one on the microwave was damaged a long time ago. He ordered that part and scheduled a time to come back and install it for me in a few days. The man gave excellent service and should be used, he's worth the price and the price is low!
I just want to tell you that our experience with Nick at Nutterman's has been the best professional experience we have received in the 7 yrs. since we have owned our house. We have had two issues (one with our Fridge and one with our Dishwasher) within the last couple months, and Nick is always professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about both repairs. Very honest, helpful and efficient! The first place we called about our Bosch freezer not freezing charged us $132.00 to tell us what they thought was wrong and that it would take 5-7 days to get the parts. We called Nick and he made time in his schedule to come look at it, went and got the part in between appointments and came back that day to fix it. Wish we had had him come in the first place. When I called this company and spoke to Nic about my broken washer he was straight forward about the possible repairs, and price that I would be looking at paying.
