"I submitted requests for service from numerous appliance repair companies, but Nutterman was the ONLY one that responded.  They were on time, the service person was cordial, professional , and skilled.  He replaced my Electrolux ice maker and repaired my LG front load washer on the same visit.  The total repair cost was significantly less than the maximum amount I had expected to pay per online research I had done in advance.  It has been 2 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is working great.  I give this company a rating of 10 out of 10!!!"

James just fixed our stove and he went above and beyond while we waited the the part to come in so we could still use the working burners.  I would rather repair appliances than replace and now our stove is operating great."

"These guys have amazing customer service! I originally called to order a part that I thought I was going to need in order to get my dishwasher back into working condition. After talking to the guys there on the phone for a few minutes i found out that was not the case. They ended up helping direct me to what the actual problem was by doing a little more trouble shooting. They ended up saving me the 40 bucks it would have cost to buy the part, plus still have a messed up dishwasher that needed to be fixed. The fact that they took the time to help me troubleshoot instead of just giving me a part and me walking away speaks volumes about this company. I will definitely keep them in mind for future events!
